I was really frustrated with the cleanliness of my room, especially the black mold around the tub. I reported issues to the front desk, but they simply brushed it off and didn’t address anything during my two-night stay. Additionally, the toilet seat was loose, and despite my complaints, it remained unfixed.

Pancake machine was a delightful breakfast highlight.

Consider refreshing towels and linens yourself if you stay less than three days to maintain comfort without waiting for housekeeping.

This place is a gem for families! We enjoyed the spacious rooms, especially with our precious dog in tow. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the pancake machine was a hit with the kids. Everyone on staff was friendly and always ready to help.

My kids wished the pool was warmer on our visit.

During my stay, I was really impressed with the excellent breakfast selection, including freshly made pancakes that were a highlight of the morning. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the friendliness of the staff made the experience even better. However, I did notice that the pool area was quite small and may not accommodate larger groups during peak times.

However, some areas could improve. for instance, the pool was unexpectedly closed during my visit, and the coffee quality left something to be desired. Additionally, the dining area could get crowded during peak hours, impacting the experience.

The location near Alerus Centre is fantastic for concert-goers. I loved the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast each morning had a great selection, including tasty scrambled eggs and a fun pancake machine. Staff were welcoming during my stay. However, I noticed that the room size felt a bit cramped without a table and chairs. The noise from thin walls was a concern, as I could hear my neighbors easily. Although the breakfast options were good, the coffee left a lot to be desired. It could have been fresher. Overall, a pleasant stay, but a few areas could use improvement.

sleep inn offers a solid stay with friendly staff and a good breakfast. the pancake machine was a highlight for my mornings, and having warm scrambled eggs and bacon every day was a treat. also, the access to the indoor heated pool and hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day.
